Creamy Chocolate Fudge 🍫✨

Whip up this rich, smooth, and ultra-creamy chocolate fudge with just 5 simple ingredients and a few minutes in the microwave. Perfect for gifting or treating yourself!

Ingredients:

  • 510g (18oz) semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 57g (2oz) unsalted butter, cubed
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 397g (14oz) sweetened condensed milk (1 can)
  • ¼ tsp salt

Directions:

  1. In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the chocolate chips, butter, and sweetened condensed milk.
  2. Microwave on 50% power for 30 seconds, then stir well.
  3. Continue microwaving in 30-second bursts (50% power), stirring after each, until the chocolate and butter are just melted (about 1-2 minutes).
  4. Stir in the vanilla and salt until fully incorporated.
  5. Microwave again in 30-second bursts, stirring thoroughly after each, until the fudge is smooth and shiny (about 1 minute longer).
  6. Pour the fudge into a foil-lined 8×8 inch pan and smooth the top.
  7. Chill in the fridge for about 2 hours, until fully set.
  8. Remove the fudge from the pan by lifting out the foil, cut into small squares with a warm knife, and enjoy!
