Celebrate the flavors of fall with this delightful Apple Harvest Punch! Combining apple cider, whiskey, and ginger beer with fresh fruits, it’s perfect for autumn gatherings.

Ingredients:

  • 4 cups apple cider
  • 1 cup whiskey
  • 2 tbsp fresh-squeezed lemon juice
  • 8 dashes orange bitters
  • 1 orange, thinly sliced
  • 2 apples (any variety), cored and thinly sliced
  • 4 cinnamon sticks
  • 12 oz hard apple cider, chilled
  • 12 oz ginger beer, chilled

Instructions:

  1. Mix Base: In a large pitcher, combine the apple cider and whiskey. Add the lemon juice, orange bitters, sliced orange, apples, and cinnamon sticks. Stir to mix well.
  2. Chill: Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or overnight for best results.
  3. Finish and Serve: Just before serving, add the chilled hard apple cider and ginger beer. Stir gently to combine.
  4. Garnish: Serve immediately, garnished with additional apple slices and a cinnamon stick.
